MECHREF CLUB – DAMOUR, LEBANON

One of HM’s group first realty investment in Lebanon was the purchase of a large amount of land in Damour. The group took part in the project Mechref club, one of Lebanon’s first gated community. This residential village offers various villas and land for purchase. Residents benefit from a private internal security team, and have access to a variety of facilities such as a country club with various sports courts, a swimming pool, and an equestrian club.

Marfaa 229 - Foch Avenue, Downtown, Lebanon

This historical building was fully renovated after the civil war. The project’s original identity was preserved and the renovation has been completed in 1999. Located in the historic and prestigious Foch Street in the heart of Downtown, this exceptional building is now home to offices and high-end retail shops.

Marfaa 146 – Allenby Street, Downtown, Lebanon

This iconic historical building with five floors of premier office space was fully renovated in 2001. Located in the Beirut Central District on Allenby Street, the ground Floor of the building offers a great shopping experience with prime retail shops such as Dolce Gabana and Zadig Et Voltaire to name a few.

Park Palace - Park Avenue Downtown, Lebanon

A luxurious residential building located on the prestigious Avenue du Park in Solidere, with prime retail shops on the ground floor. This 15,000 sq.m. , nine story high building has been completed in 2015.

Green Residence - Hamra Beirut, Lebanon

Green residence is an 11-floor building of around 2875 sq.m. of BUA located in the vibrant area of Hamra, right in the heart of Beirut city. It is one of Lebanon’s few structures to be conceived with sustainable design and green architecture. The aim of such design is for the building to produce as much energy as it uses, making it both environmentally friendly and enjoyable to use. Each apartment offers outstanding architectural work, handpicked finishing material and modern color schemes.

La Citadelle - Ain El Mreisseh Beirut, Lebanon

One of the tallest high-end residential towers in Beirut, next to “Le Vendome”, with a panoramic breathtaking sea view and an exclusive location next to Zaitouna Bay and Yacht Marina. This 37 floors, 50,000 sq.m. tower with 700 sq. m. apartments initiated in 2009, has been developed and completed in 2016 in collaboration with Jamil Ibrahim Est, the developer managing partner.

DECSA – Dakar, Senegal

This construction company “Development Engineering Construction SA” DECSA, was created in 2016, and takes part in HM group’s aspiration to participate in the development of Senegal. The company is specialized in the construction of buildings and public works. Led by an expert team in the field of construction and business, the company includes three main departments: A bureau of studies comprising a team of experienced architects, engineers and specialists; a “Building” department; and a “Public works” department. DECSA’s investments include construction equipment, a concrete mixing plant, trucks and large equipment necessary to the execution of public works. The establishment spreads over two hectares of land owned by the group.

Mousaitbeh 5046 - Mousaibeth Beirut, Lebanon

This new state of the art building of around 4,000 sq. m. of BUA, offers prime office and retail space. Completed in 2016, the building is located on one of Beirut’s prime area. Mousaitbeh 5046 is structured to combine the highest standards of design and specifications. It consists of ten finished decorated office floors providing maximum use of space for an effective work capacity.

Twin Park - Mina el Hosn, Downtown, Lebanon (Initiated)

Initiated in 2018, this project of 20,000 sq. m. of BUA, with beautiful green spaces and elegant modern façade, is considered to be one of the last remaining plot in the dynamic hotel district of Solidere. This 3,000 sq. m. land plot is the site of two new serviced residential buildings being designed by internationally known PLP architects, based in London.

Les ZENITHS de Diamniadio - Senegal

This Flagship project is located at the heart of Diamniadio, Senegal. With 30.000 sqm of BUA, “Les ZENITHS” aim to contribute to the development of the pole of Diamniaidio as the new capital of Senegal. Situated on a 8,757 sqm land plot, the project comprises three mixed-used buildings (a hotel, a residential building and an office building), articulated around a shopping mall. This state of the art and “green” complex tackles the environmental challenges of the region, and ensures the development of a social and functional mixity on Axis 70.

Kosen - Dakar, Sénégal

This Flagship project is located at the heart of Dakar, Senegal. With 75.000 sqm of BUA, “KOSEN” aims to create a micro neighborhood offering a range of high-end residential apartments in the saturated capital of Senegal. Situated on a 11 400 sqm land plot, the project comprises six residential buildings up to 15 floors, articulated around a green open space.

This state of the art and “green” complex tackles the environmental challenges of the region, and ensures the development of a social and functional mixity.

The project starts its journey with Kosen One, a two block building of 10 and 13 story high, offering 56 appartments of various sizes, 2 basement parkings, three commerces, a gym, and private lounge.
