This Flagship project is located at the heart of Diamniadio, Senegal. With 30.000 sqm of BUA, “Les ZÉNITHS” aim to contribute to the development of the pole of Diamniaidio as the new capital of Senegal. Situated on a 8,757 sqm land plot, the project comprises three mixed-used buildings (a hotel, a residential building and an office building), articulated around a shopping mall. This state of the art and “green” complex tackles the environmental challenges of the region, and ensures the development of a social and functional mixity on Axis 70.
